Do I need technical skills?
No. Pick a template and add your products or services. If you need help, ask the assistant in your dashboard or message us on WhatsApp.
What happens after the free month?
We remind you before it ends. If you subscribe, your site keeps running as is. If not, you get a 3-day grace period, then the site goes offline for visitors and your data stays saved for at least 90 days so you can come back anytime.
How do I pay?
Right from your dashboard with PayPal or a Visa/Mastercard card. Your plan renews instantly and you get a receipt by email. Prefer CliQ or bank transfer? Message us on WhatsApp.
Do you take a commission on my sales?
No. You pay the monthly plan only, and everything you sell is yours.
How do my customers pay?
Your choice: cash on delivery confirmed on WhatsApp, or online with Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or PayPal. Connect your PayPal or Stripe account once, the money goes straight to you, and we take no commission. Service sites can also add a payment link.
I run a café or restaurant with several branches. Does it fit?
Yes, with two options depending on how you sell. Yes, Martuno Cashier for in-store selling: customers pick from the menu on an iPad, the cashier confirms with a PIN and takes cash, and you see each branch’s sales live. It works offline too. Can I deliver to other countries?
Yes. Set delivery fees per city at home, add the other countries you ship to with a fee for each, and customers pick their country at checkout.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Buy it from any provider and we help you connect it.
