Questions
What if the internet goes down?
Selling carries on. Orders are saved on the device and upload on their own, with their real time, once the connection is back. Keep the app open on the iPad so they can upload.
What devices do I need?
Any recent iPad or tablet with a browser. Add the app to the home screen and link it to a branch with a code from your dashboard. You can lock the iPad to the menu with Guided Access.
Does it take cards or print receipts?
For now payments are recorded as cash at the counter, and printing is not supported yet. If you need these, message us and we will tell you when they arrive.
Can I use it with a Martuno website?
Yes. Cashier is for selling inside your café, restaurant or shop, and the website is for online orders (delivery or pickup). Each is its own plan, and you can use both together.
How many branches and devices?
Up to 30 branches and unlimited devices per branch. The first branch is included, and extra branches are added at your next renewal.
Can customers order from their phone?
Yes, included at no extra cost. Print a QR code per branch from your dashboard. Customers order on their phone with no app, get an order number, and pay cash at the till, where the order is already waiting on the iPad. It only counts as a sale once paid.
Can you set up my menu?
